Mojo Monday Challenge 180

This is my interpretation of this week's MOJO Monday challenge.  I opted to do the square version of the card, but I decided to flip it on its side.  I used the Sweet Stitches DSP and the Button, Button stamp set.  The sentiment comes from Word Play.  I topped it of with some retired tempting turquoise ribbon and two brads.  Oh what fun!

Oh Baby!

All Girl
Gender Neutral
With a baby approaching at the end of the week, I needed to whip up some quick thank you cards for all of the generous gifts we've been receiving.  The card on the left uses Whisper White and Pink Pirouette.  The ribbon is retired, but still available on the clearance rack which makes it MUCH more affordable!  The stamp is from A Slice of Life hostess set in the mini catalog.  On the right, I used Certainly Celery and So Saffron with some retired ribbon there as well.  This was made for a friend's baby shower...she ended up having a boy, but they waited until he was here to find out.  I could never do that!  Something easy...change the stamp, and you've got a clean and simple card for any occasion!

Ready For Anything

This card is ready for anything.  The beauty of having a card with no sentiment is that it's perfect for almost any occasion.  This card is elegant and happy, but could also be used for a sympathy card.  The base of this card is Poppy Parade with a layer of Whisper White on top.  The Whisper White has been run through the Big Shot with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder.  I used the butterfly from the Thanks For Caring stamp set from the mini along with beveled windows!  I love them.  I anchored them to the Poppy Parade ribbon with brads!  Very simple, but very elegant!

Aged Anniversary

Here's a very simple card that can be used for almost any sentiment.  I used this one for an anniversary card, but almost any of the Teeny Tiny Wishes fit inside the word window punch.  I used the Take A Seat stamp set and layered it on Early Espresso.  Then I layered that onto a top note die that has a portion of that cut off.  I used the 1/8 inch taffeta Early Espresso ribbon and tied it around the top note.  This is all on the the First Edition DSP from the new mini.  I just love it!  After the card was assembled, I sprayed it with the Log Cabin Smooch Spritz to give it the aged look!  Enjoy!
